JOE LITTLEFIELD
Program Manager
With certifications in asbestos and lead-based paint assessments, Joe oversees Tioga’s inspection services related to hazardous material assessments to include indoor air quality, asbestos and lead. He uses his technical project and client management experience to bring a dual-sided perspective to Tioga, allowing him to see big picture needs for projects, create easily executed solutions and implement plans into action.
Joe began his career in environmental consulting during Tioga’s company launch in 2009, serving as a project coordinator for hazardous materials. He is passionate about leaving things better than he finds them, always wondering how something can be improved. He uses this trait to fuel his desire to help clients and problem solve.
After living in Alabama for four years, Joe and his wife are happy to return to his hometown of Memphis with their German shepherd mix, Lucy, and their black cat, Ruby. In his free time, he enjoys playing and recording guitar and bass, specifically blues and rock music, riding his Triumph Bonneville motorcycle, working on old cars, camping and kayaking, refinishing and upscaling furniture, and watching obscure Netflix documentaries.
