INDOOR AIR QUALITY CONCERNS AT TN TECH Tennessee Tech University has been experiencing ongoing indoor air quality problems at South Hall since the fall of 2011. AIR QUALITY APP The EPA has recently made their AirNow website available as an app for smartphones. After entering your zip code, you can view the pollutant and ozone levels for your city or the city you are travelling to. KANSAS CITY ABESTOS FINES Two retail developers in Kansas City have pleaded guilty to federal grand jury charges of violating the Clean Air Act. The developers demolished multiple homes built with asbestos-containing materials without obtaining the proper permits. Both developers are facing up to five years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
