After entering your zip code, you can view the pollutant and ozone levels for your city or the city you are travelling to. KANSAS CITY ABESTOS FINES Two retail developers in Kansas City have pleaded guilty to federal grand jury charges of violating the Clean Air Act. The developers demolished multiple homes built with asbestos-containing materials without obtaining the proper permits.
