The EPA has created a new website and phone app to help you find information on thousands of lakes, rivers and streams. The "How's My Waterway?" site and app allow you to use your GPS location or zip code to pull up a list of nearby waterways. Each waterway is listed as unpolluted, polluted, or unassessed. You can view them on a map or search for more details about the type of pollution. It might be worth considering before you plan that next camping or fishing trip. Read More

CHATTANOOGA ASBESTOS VIOLATIONS In Chattanooga earlier this fall, Don Fillers was sentenced to a four year prison stint for violating asbestos regulations. Fillers and two of his associates were involved in the demolition of an old textile mill in Chattanooga that allowed asbestos-containing dust to blow through the surrounding area in 2004 and 2005.
