FORECLOSED HOMES = MOLDY HOMES
Due to the recent increase in home foreclosures, huge numbers of buildings are sitting vacant without the use of any utilities. When no heat or air conditioning is used and the doors and windows remain closed, there is no ventilation within the house. The natural air circulation would minimize the moisture in the house. But without it, the perfect environment for mold is formed. As the process for foreclosure and purchase of a foreclosed home can take an extended amount of time, the mold problem continues to grow.
